Brodie is an independent and non-commercial music platform. We create and host intimate live sessions with international artists in unique architectural spaces.
In a fast-paced digital era, Brodie takes the time to curiously blend artistic disciplines and craft special musical moments that spark new dialogues, meanings, and feelings.
We create sessions that are thoughtfully directed and shot on analogue film to capture the energy between artist, audience, and architecture. All sessions are shared online and film rolls are safely archived at the Danish Film Institute.
The home and birthplace of Brodie is a private Copenhagen residence envisioned by Danish architect Lene Tranberg. It’s in this intimate space, in front of a two-story and personal bookshelf, that most of our sessions are filmed - and the spirit of the place inspires the venues we occupy when we go on tour with bands and film crew.
Brodie is an invitation to artists, audiences and you to stay curious.
And just in case you were wondering, Brodie was named after our beloved English bulldog, who’s still very much with us in spirit.
